§ 1 Terms of delivery

Unless otherwise agreed with the customer, the shipping costs listed under delivery and shipping costs apply. Delivery usually takes place within two to three working days within Switzerland and is delivered to the address specified by the customer. If the ordered product or part of an order is not available from stock, Lichthüter will contact the customer. Shipping partners are the Swiss Post and UPS.S.

§ 2 order

Orders from Lichthüter are only dispatched against prepayment or after payment by PayPal, credit card or Postfinance. Exceptions are agreements relating to custom-made products.

§ 3 Conclusion of a contract

The buyer undertakes to place the order under the conditions indicated on the website. Any mistake in an order must be reported to Lichthüter immediately.

§ 4 Transfer of Ownership

The delivery changes hands only after the customer has paid for it. 

§ 5 Offer and Prices

All offers and prices on the website are non-binding and without guarantee. Errors or changes to the goods and prices are reserved. VAT is included in all prices shown on the website.

§ 6 Disclaimer of Liability

With your order you confirm that Lichthüter cannot be prosecuted for any complaints or complications with regard to the quality, effect, application, etc. of the purchased products.

For legal reasons, Lichthueter expressly points out that the effects of healing stones and orgonites have so far neither been scientifically proven nor medically recognized!
Their use is not a substitute for advice or help from a doctor or state-approved alternative practitioner!

Orgonite can be kept indefinitely. However, it should not be exposed to extreme heat, e.g. stove, oven ... the resin could melt and is not suitable for consumption. Lichthueter uses high-quality epoxy resin which is also suitable for outdoor use and, according to the manufacturer, is equipped with the best possible UV protection. No epoxy resin is completely UV-resistant. However, high-quality raw materials and additives such as UV absorbers can increase UV protection.n.
